SEIJI OSHIRO
In 1989 he joined Asiana Airlines when the company launched flights to Japan. Until 2004 he was engaged in sales as the head of passenger sales at the Tokyo branch. In 2004 he joined Aeroflot as Japan Regional Sales Manager. After a long and successful career with Asiana and Aeroflot in 2019 he became the President of Departures Co., Ltd. serving as a General Manager of Thai Lion Air in Japan (GSA contract partner) and successfully launched flights to Narita, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka. In 2022 he established AviationPros, Inc. With many years of experience in the industry, he has built strong relationships with industry contacts and organizations such as travel agencies, government offices and independent administrative agencies.
ALIAKSEI A. SUSHKO
Aviation Expert with over 20 years of experience in the industry, including passenger and cargo airline management, airport ground handling operations, flight operation support, business development, sales and marketing. During 11 years he held senior management positions in Aeroflot serving as a Regional Station Manager in Japan, Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing Japan, General Manager in Japan and Australia. He has a solid expertise in airline’s branch management, aviation regulations, new routes development, Japanese market sales and marketing strategies, airline operations and ground handling coordination.
